Payment in full
Payment Term
• Paid in full at time of purchase
• Immediate cover on receipt of payment
Important
• Pay by debit card, credit card or cheque with no additional charges
• Payment deposited into the Golden Charter Trust
• You have the option to transfer your plan to another person, e.g. your spouse
• You can add extra services into your funeral plan (excludes Basic Plans)
• If you cancel within 30 days we’ll refund the payment you’ve made (a fee of £249 applies to cancellations made after 30 days)
Optional third party cost guarantee (excludes Basic Plans)
• For an additional £100 you can guarantee that third party costs will be covered if you die within 5 years of the plan start date

Payment Term
Minimum deposit of £49
• Payable by Direct Debit over a period of up to 12 months
• Spread the cost at no extra charge
• Fully covered after plan is fully paid by direct debit over a period of up to 12 months
Important
• Payment deposited into the Golden Charter Trust
• If you die before all payments have been paid, the balance will be requested from your estate so your plan can still be carried out. Or, the plan can be cancelled and instalments refunded (less £249 cancellation fee)
• You have the option to transfer your plan to another person, e.g. your spouse
• You can add extra services into your plan (excludes Basic Plans)
• If you cancel within 30 days we’ll refund the payment you’ve made (a fee of £249 applies to cancellations made after 30 days)

Low Cost Instalment Option

• Funeral Plans: Payable by Direct Debit over an agreed term between 2 and 30 years, depending on your age
• Basic Plans: Payable by Direct Debit over an agreed term between 2 and 10 years. depending on your age
• Only available to those aged 78 and under
• Minimum deposit £49
• Fully covered at end of payment term
Important
• If you die within 12 months, all the money you have paid will be returned to your estate
• If you die after 12 months but before all the instalments have been paid, the balance will be requested from your estate so that your funeral may still be carried out
• Payment deposited into the Golden Charter Trust
• You have the option to transfer your plan to another person, e.g. your spouse
• You can add extra services into your plan (excludes Basic Plans)
• If you cancel within 30 days we’ll refund the payment you’ve made
• If you stop paying after 30 days but within 12 months, we’ll refund the money you have paid minus a £249 cancellation fee
• If you stop paying after 12 months, your plan remains in place. When you die, the funeral director will receive all the money you have paid in, less a £249 cancellation fee, as a contribution towards your funeral or cremation
Fixed monthly payment
Payment Term
• Payable by Direct Debit every month until death or age 90, whichever comes first
• Available if aged between 50-80
• No deposit required
• Fully covered after 2 years’ continuous payments
Important
• Payments are used to take out a life assurance policy with AXA Wealth Ltd
• If you die within the first 2 years, the funeral director will receive the money you have paid plus an additional 20% provided your payments are up to date. Your family or estate will have to pay the balance
• The total payment you make could be higher than the cost of your plan had you chosen to pay in full or by instalments
• You are unable to change the arrangements included within your plan, however additional requirements can be added by your family at the time of death
• If you stop paying, your plan will be cancelled and you’ll receive nothing back
