Here at Stanley J Nicholas Limited we take your privacy seriously and will only use your information to open a credit account and provide the services you have requested from us.  If you would like a copy of our updated Data Protection Policy then please let us know.

Stanley J Nicholas shall ensure that all personal data collected and processed is kept secure and protected against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.

You have the right to check what data Stanley J Nicholas Limited hold on you and this can be done via a “Subject Access Request (SAR)”.  All SAR’s should be addressed to Edward Williams-Price and/or Sharon White and we will respond within one month of receipt. Should the request be of a more complex nature we can extend the response period by up to two months and we will confirm this at the time of the request.
